ABOUT RISING TIDE HOMESRising Tide Homes brings over 100 years of collective experience in the building and construction industry. The Principal Builder and Company President Christopher “Chris” Barnette is the grandson of one of the original builders of the dam at Lake Murray and is a long-time resident of the area. Chris is surrounded by a team of home building professionals, including fellow Builder and Company Chief Executive Officer Cheryl F.C. Ludlam and a close-knit, dynamic group of home building professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, designers, accounting and quality trade specialists. Rising Tide Homes is proud to have built homes throughout our beautiful Palmetto State, including the Lowcountry and Midlands regions. We have built a solid reputation one home at a time with unparalleled teamwork and dedication to all phases of homebuilding, including design, materials selection, and construction. |
